Fall Family Fun Night Trunk Host

We are calling on enthusiastic church members to host trunks at our annual Fall Family Fun Night on Sunday, October 26, 2025.  Bring your creativity and energy to decorate your vehicle and hand out candy for an evening of family-friendly fun. If you love to spread joy and enjoy meeting new people, sign up to host a trunk today! Please note, trunk hosts must be members of Sagemont Church. Due to limited parking availability, participation as a trunk host is not guaranteed. All trunk hosts will receive a confirmation email with further instructions prior to the event.

Please arrive by 3:30 pm to begin setting up your trunk. The trunk display must be kid-friendly, not spooky, scary, or allude to Halloween. There will be no electricity provided. All decorations and candy must be supplied by the Trunk Host. Please plan to pass out 1,000 pieces of candy. An adult must always be present with the vehicle. Fall Family Fun Night will take place, weather permitting.
